Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with the purchase for your special baby. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange or store credit within 21 days of receipt of the item. Simply email us within 21 days of receipt of the item and we will give you a return authorization number.
All personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed with the Designer.
On sale items are final and not returnable.
Once we receive your return, we will issue you a refund credit to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Gifts may be exchanged, returned for store credit, or credited back to purchaser's credit card. We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient. Custom-made and personalized items are not returnable.
Please email us for the Return Address. Sometimes items need to be returned to the manufacturer directly, and not to Gaaga by Ruthy. If you ship it to the wrong address, you will be charged for the re-shipping fee.

- Shipping charges cannot be refunded. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The returned product must be in new and unused condition and in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. Tags must be uncut and still attached.
- If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined in the Shipping Information section.
- Please email or call us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Many of our items ship the same day. Once an order it's shipped, we can not retract the shipment. You can return it once you receive it.
- Hand painted, personalized and custom-made items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned, as they are crafted to your personal specifications. If you wish to cancel a custom order, it must be cancelled before the order is placed with the Designer. If you are unsure if an item is returnable, please email us for more details before placing order.
- If an exception is made for returning a custom-made item, a restocking fee may apply. Please email us for more details before placing order.
- We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage since we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Custom and Personalized Purchases
Gaaga by Ruthy offers custom and personalized items from many artists and manufacturers. Each product takes a different amount of time to produce before shipping. This information can be found on each product page. Please note that these are only estimates and may vary a few days based on availability and shipping method. Your credit card will be charged when we place the order on your behalf. Personalized and custom-made orders may not be cancelled or returned.
PLEASE NOTE: Since the merchandise you order may be shipped from several locations, items may arrive separately. As a result, they may arrive to you at different times and in separate Packages. You will not incur additional shipping charges .
Returns for Drop Ship Items:
All drop ship items must be returned to the manufacturer at buyer expense and will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Warranty Information:
Gaaga by Ruthy upholds the warranties offered by the artisans and manufacturers who craft our products. Manufacturer's warranties vary, so we encourage you to ask a Gaaga by Ruthy's consultant for specific warranty information on products of interest.
Shipping:
Gaaga by Ruthy ships merchandise via UPS, USPS, FedEx and by specialized furniture carriers. Many factors determine which option is used to ship your purchase, including the weight and dimensions of the product. Most orders are shipped direct form the manufacture or artist to your residence or business. Please note that we are unable to arrange delivery to P.O. boxes.
